FAQ

What are the fees?

We charge a 10% commission on all sales and a 3% fee on credit card transactions.

How much does it cost to become a vendor?

Our spaces start as low as $20 per month for a single small shelf. Larger shelves, showcases, and booth spaces are available also available! Check out our space pricing in the application or on our “Space Pricing” page!

How are payouts handled?

We process payouts on the 1st of each month! ACH direct deposit is available for a small fee, or you can pick up a check in store! Checks must be picked up by the 10th of each month.

What about sales tax?

We collect, report, and pay forward sales tax to the state for you, so you can focus on what you do best, making!

Do I need a business license?

No! You do not need a business license to be a vendor at Saguaro Square!

Is there a long-term commitment?

No! We start with a simple three month lease and a one month deposit at signing! After that, you move to a flexible, month to month agreement!

What happens to my deposit?

Your deposit is applied to your last month’s rent as long as you provide proper written or emailed move out notice!

Can I sell my food products here?

Yes! As long as your food falls under Arizona Cottage Law you can sell your food here! We just require a copy of your food handlers and cottage law certificate!
